The Mediterranean diet blends the basics of healthy eating with the traditional flavors and cooking methods of the Mediterranean. Olive oil, vegetables, meat and fish are combined in a unique way.

We will discover Sicily making some food according the seasonal cycle of ingredients. I will lead you telling all tips to obtain a real sicilian dish and I will tell you the history of the recipe. Finnally, of course, we will taste our sicilian food enjoying a wonderful meal. This activity is also available for children.
